- 1 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt*
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 3/4 cup crushed graham crackers**
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries or pie filling
*If using plain yogurt rather than flavored, you may want to add 2 tbsp. of sugar or maple syrup and 1 tsp. of vanilla.
** If desired, add 2 tbsp. of melted butter to graham crackers if you want more of a true cheesecake crust.
Mix the Greek yogurt and cream cheese thoroughly. In mini jars (1/2 pint size works well), layer graham crackers, yogurt, cream cheese mix, blueberries, or pie filling. Top with another dollop of yogurt and cream cheese, and graham crackers. The recipe makes about six individual servings
